It's no secret that college is expensive, with thousands of individuals racking up thousands in student debt.This proves to be especially true in Pennsylvania, the state which a recent study revealed has accrued the second-most student debt in the nation.The finance experts at Wallet Hub decided to take a look at all 50 states (plus Washington D.C.) across two key dimensions as the foundation for this study: 'Student-Loan Indebtedness' and 'Grant & Student Work Opportunities.'Either dimension was then weighed by relevant metrics such as 'Average Student Debt,' 'Underemployment Wait;' and 'Presence of ‘Student Loan Ombudsmen' Law' in order to come to their final results.
