The college's ACHIEVE program allows Pennsylvania residents to complete unfinished certificate or undergraduate degree programs in high-priority fields. Example video title will go here for this video ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — Elizabethtown College announced it was recently awarded $978,285 from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry as part of a nearly $2.2 million grant to the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board. The grant was awarded for the college's Near Completer project: ACHIEVE, which provides opportunities for Pennsylvania residents to complete an unfinished certificate or undergraduate degree program in a high-demand, family-sustaining wage occupation, the school said in a press release.
