The box spring that I got here broke after only a year of use. One of the major support beams snapped. I was told "maybe someone was jumping on your bed when you weren't looking haha" when I told the man behind the counter that it should be covered under warranty. I decided to fix the box spring myself rather than give them more business. I was happy with their service until this incident, otherwise they would be getting 1 star.
